By accessing or using EmailReply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
EmailReply provides an email intelligent reply automation platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with the operation of the service
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Comply with these Terms and all applicable policies
4. Acceptable Use
You may NOT use EmailReply to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Process emails without proper authorization from the mailbox owner
- Generate fraudulent or deceptive replies
- Violate any third party's rights
- Upload malicious content or code
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
5. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Waffo, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Provide accurate billing information
- Automatic renewal of your subscription each billing period unless canceled
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will be downgraded to the Free plan
- Your email processing will continue until the billing period ends
7. Limitation of Liability
EmailReply is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
The service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by EmailReply and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to process it for the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmailReply and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
